The international investment fund arm of NuVerse Advisors LLC acquired 32 luxury Atelier Suites at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester in White Plains.  The acquisition totaled 35,400 square feet of units on four floors.

Health Quest is consolidating its administrative offices in 35,000 square feet of space it leased recently at Taconic Crossing in LaGrange.  The company’s business office, finance, legal services, compliance and other management functions will move to the new office from locations throughout Dutchess County.

Magnetic Analysis Corporation expanded from its former location in Mount Vernon by leasing 47,101 square feet of industrial space in Elmsford.

Zyloware Corporation, an eyewear company with designer collections ranging from Sophia Loren to Randy Jackson, leased 31,000 square feet of industrial space in Port Chester to relocate from Long Island City.

Avon Products signed a 21,670-square-foot lease expansion of its offices at 44 South Broadway in White Plains.
