GOSHEN, N.Y. (January 15, 2018) — A pair of new companies joined the Hudson Valley Food & Beverage Alliance recently: Graft Cider and Fox ‘N’ Hare Brewing Company. These two companies represent a duo of industries that have seen a significant boom nationwide in recent years: the craft brewing and craft cider industries.
